We make this mozzarella in house (fresh batches on at worst a weekly basis) with cultured cheese curds from Caputo Brother’s Creamery that have real culture and quality milk. The result is an unmatched flavor and texture that industrial mozzarella can’t touch.

The best time to be in the shop is when we’re making a batch, because nothing beats warm, gooey, fresh mozzarella!
